NIAMS is offering a complementary 2009 Pocket Planner. You can request up to 10 copies of the 16-page planner which provides 12 months worth of topics, tips, and resources related to bone health (including a reference table of calcium-rich foods.) The calendar is available in English, but NIAMS also offers a variety of other publications printed in Spanish and Chinese. (Their webpage is also accessable in Spanish via un Portal En EspaƱol.)
